Only current uw students staff and faculty with current valid netids will be able to reserve a space.

The libraries have individual study rooms available for reservation.
Click on the green reserve a space button to enter the room reservation system.
You may also use other study spaces on campus.
You may then be prompted for your uw net id.
You may book a study room on the study room booking page using your waterloo identity and access management watiam account.
Individuals cannot have more than one space reserved at one time.
Each room has its own table and a door for more isolation than you would get in a larger study space.
Reservations are only valid when the library is open.
If a reservation is not claimed within 15 minutes it may be used by another group.
Group and single study rooms are available in the dana porter and davis centre libraries.
Please do not move furniture in to or out of the study rooms.
